New warranty effective May 2024

We are excited to be partnering with PlantRight to use their Bio-Life 800 compost and liquid living fertilizer for all of our new plantings!

This product is absolutely amazing, especially for our local soil conditions that can make it hard for plants to pull nutrients from dense clay. Bio-Life has the benefits of mycorrhizae, living microbes, beneficial bacteria, and all the nutrients of a robust organic compost tea. Once applied the soil around our plants begins building a living, healthy ecosystem.

PlantRight stands behind their product and will replace plants that fail if Bio-Life 800 was used during installation. If a plant we install fails due to defect we will offer a no cost replacement that is the same variety or one of equal value.

Warranty details:

  • The warranty is good for 1 year after planting.
  • Warranty will cover plants that fail due to defect.
  • Warranty replacements can be the same plant or you can choose another of equal value.
  • During the 1 year warranty period we will allot up to 4 hours of per person labor at no cost. Any labor over that will be billed at our normal rate.
  • Warranty plantings will only be done during optimal planting conditions:
    • Perennials can be replaced after May 1st as long as weather permits
    • Grasses will be replaced only after June 1st and before October 1st
    • Azalea and rhododendron can only be planted before June 15th
    • Upright evergreens should be planted during the growing season before November
    • No plantings will be done if weather conditions are not optimal for plant health, ie too dry, hot, wet, cold.

Warranty replacements will not be offered for plants that were damaged by animals, hail, or incorrect care in watering, fertilizing, etc. Don’t worry! We will provide you with tips and instructions on caring for your plants! If you ever have a question about caring for your plant please let us know and we are happy to help guide you.

All of our plantings after May 1st of 2024 will be applicable for PlantRight’s warranty. We have worked with PlantRight for training and our staff are certified on installation of all plantings and application of BioLife 800.  We are blown away by the benefits of BioLife 800 and have enjoyed sharing knowledge and experience with the experts at PlantRight.
